terms of service

If you're ordering a commission, you automatically agree with my ToS. Please, read it before you ask for a quote.All my prices are in € (EUR). Please use Google's currency converter if you're not sure how much your commission will cost in your local currency.Digital art TOS:1. After you get a quote, you must pay within 2 days, if not, your quote will be canceled. Commissions reaching price over 100$ should be paid before the 10th day after receiving a quote.2. Delaying payments will freeze your turn and other customers who complete payments before you will be done first.3. I accept only PayPal prepayments, unless I offer a trade for digital/physical goods.4. __I DO NOT do refunds when the work is in progress. Please place an order only when you're 100% sure that you're able to pay for my work time. __5. Finished commissions are sent through trello link, unless it's a physical item. If you prefer I can send you finished piece through e-mail.6. I can draw any animal or monster species/ any gender characters - both, anthro and feral, gore, eventually vore if it’s gore-related.7. I DO NOT DRAW - any type of extreme nsfw, fetishes, mecha as well as political/religious/vent/ suicidal topics, any other explict content.8. I have rights to use all works in a commercial way: repost, advertise on social media etc. I won’t use your own characters for physical merchandise of any kind.9. My working schedule is Monday-Friday. I do reply for messages whole week, though my replies during the weekends might take a bit longer.10.a. After I start working (this does not applies for YCH) you're allowed to change the details/pose (in a sketch stage) two times for free. The next will be payable - 5 EUR for each. Bigger changes (in a lining/coloring stage) will cost 30-50% of whole price. Please, be precise, and don't make a lot of mess.10.b. ONLY commissioner/character owner can repost finished piece, remember to credit me.11. I can refuse to make a commission if I'm not liking the overall idea of the customer or sense a disagreement at the begining of our conversations. I would like to make sure that each customer will be satisfied with finished art and will try to stay positive during the whole process to make an unforgettable piece of art.12. I do not share unwatermarked files of my art both on social media AS WELL as the customer/ character owner. Please do not ask to remove my signature from my artworks.Adoptables and custom designs TOS:1. You get all rights to the character you bought. (If you buy a closed species, you get rights only to the design, not the whole species)2. Do not sell for more that you bought, unless it has additional art.3. You can redesign it as you wish unless it's a closed species design. In that case please ask for the redesign possibility.4. Do not claim my art as your work.5. Do not make simmilar character if you buy an adopt which is my own species!! You'll loose rights to the character, won't get refund and receive a premanent a ban.Physical commissions TOS:1. Shipping fee is always added to the commission price, it may change it's cost due to size/weight difference of the ordered items.2. Commissioner must provide their shipping name and address before/ in the meantime I work on commission.3. I always choose shipping with tracking option, just to make sure that the item won't be lost somewhere.Shipping time:

Atmospheric scenes

Simply shaded, sketchy fullbody drawings in a specific scenario. Prices may vary depending on your character's design/ background complexity.Usually A4 canvas size.

I rarely draw mecha/ futuristic/ steampunk/ sci-fi themes, so please include some references to a specific background style you'd like to include in your artwork. Though I might not agree to work on a commission if I come to the conclusion that I cannot make it.SFW/NSFW info: I'm fine with artistic nudity and gore. I won't draw explict sexual content, political/religious/racist/zoophile/vent/suicidal themes.
